Atlas Outreach Volunteer Project
- The University of Surrey has partnered with Travelteer to offer a unique volunteering experience in Morocco. This outreach program will take volunteers to a remote community in the Atlas Mountains, where they will provide valuable support in areas such as education, infrastructure, agriculture, and women’s empowerment. Key projects include:
- Summer School - This will be open to any local children who are looking to improve their English and get involved in fun educational activities.
- Community Agriculture - You will get involved with field work such as planting crops or helping to plough the lands.
- Education Infrastructure - The main focus of this project is to support women empowerment, where volunteers will be constructing a building for the Women’s Association.
Trip dates:
8 June - 6 July 2025

- Accommodation in Happy Valley, Atlas Mountains
- Food (3 meals per day, Mon - Sun)
